Appearance: Florence is a slender and fairly tall Mobian mink weighing around 54 lbs.(24.5 Kg) and standing at 3'9"(114.3 cm), with light cream colored muzzle and arms, as well as the insides of his ears. They have thicker, darker fur above their eyes resembling eyebrows, long headfur that reaches their lower back, and spiky headfur forming a mohawk and bangs, as well as thick, effeminate eyelashes. They wear very little clothing, being only their purple gloves, their loose, purple-striped shirt, and their ankle-high socks and dress shoes. Their eyes are light blue, just like the highlight on their long tail. They are mostly androgynous, all things considered.

Personality: Florence is a fairly cool-headed young mink, known for their relaxed, occasionally mischievous smile. In general, they are fairly mellow, though given their inability to speak, they can easily be annoyed and they have difficulty forming close bonds with others. They are fairly antisocial and timid - it takes a special person to crack through their shell, and they can come off as very clingy and dependent on those people on the rare occasion it happens. Despite their profession as a killer for hire, they seem to do it professionally out of some strange… obligation, like it's all they think they're good for.



Combat traits

Powers: In simplest terms, if he acts out an object in a way that it's fairly clear what it is, it temporarily becomes real, though invisible, for up to at least a minute(or a full RP turn in technical terms) after he stops acting it out. This can include the traits of the object as well, though the more detailed it becomes, the harder it'll be to act it out and thus make it, so he tends to prefer simple objects. A few examples of the many things he can do with his mime powers, depending on the situation and context, include riding invisible vehicles, throwing invisible throwing knives, creating invisible walls(a classic for mimies), and even pulling out an invisible hose to shoot invisible, high-pressure water out at people that can actually put out fires and make terrain slippery. It's all just a matter of how quick, efficient, and clear he is at acting out his invisible tools.

History
Florence Leblanc was born in a hospital in Spagonia to a lower-middle class family as the first and only child to a depressed, emotionally unstable man who was soon to be an only father after his wife died due to complications during childbirth. Though his father resented them as he put the blame on them for his wife's death, and he was for the most part fairly neglectful of them, he did put him into school for a couple years. During this time, he also tried to teach him how to fight with various weapons, including how to hunt and self-defense, with the intention of making him into a killer. Though Florence took to self-defense well, they didn't want to personally harm anyone, even animals, and his fathers' attempts to make him didn't help at all. Eventually he took him out of school, worried that teachers were suspicious of him, and they moved to the United Federation, when the straw that broke the camel's back happened. Florence was caught dancing in their room, and after all his attempts at trying to toughen them up, he was absolutely furious. He grabbed Florence by the throat, slammed him into a wall, and nearly suffocated the young teen, permanently damaging his throat to the point he couldn't speak anymore. It wasn't long after that he ran away to live on his own away from his horrible father.
Since then, he found a close friend in a mysterious man named Morgan Lamar, a rock star secretly leading a team of criminals known as Team Plunder, and he was accepted as part of the team.
