Appearance: Nihilux is a dark purple automaton with disconnected hands made of cold plasma emitting black light and a turbine in its abdomen. They appear to vaguely resemble a hawk-echidna hybrid due to their unopening, beak-shaped mouth and the 'echidna dreads' on the back of its head, and there are silver and gold highlights all over its body, mainly the joints. It stands at 4'0" but weighs close to 200 pounds due to the impossibly dense, extradimensional metal it's made of.

Personality: Nihilux is a cold, calculating, uncaring god of a machine, showing no emotion, restraint, or mercy toward those that oppose it. Nihilux is an absolute juggernaut with one goal - opening the Feign Gate and releasing Tiranus. They do not ally with any factions other than Feign and Tiranus. 




Combat traits


Powers: Nihilux has a weaker yet more versatile variant of the Feign Guardian's destruction beams in the form of Feign Manipulation. Nihilux's hands are plasma matter energized by Feign itself, and he can transform the hands into other forms, usually sabers or spherical shots that slightly home in on targets and can be rapid-fired or charged. If overcharging its systems, it can cover itself in this plasma to act like a shield and give it a boost-esque ability. This 'Feign Energy' in general is cold plasma but absolutely draining to get hit by, exhausting organic targets and causing possible internal damage to their organs or sapping power from machines rather than physical damage. Finally, Nihilux can fuse with other Feign Guardians temporarily to take on new, more powerful forms and powers.

History

Not a lot is known about Nihilux, as is the nature of anything from Feign. What is known is that they don't seem "natural", since it is a little less alien in appearance to its peers, so most assume someone who was lost in Feign must have built it. It's also known that Nihilux, like all Feign Guardians, was primarily intended to protect Feign from Nightmares, but failed miserably when someone from the living world sealed Tiranus, the progenitor of all Nightmares, inside of Feign and began corrupting it. Since then, the Feign Gate has only opened up twice, and the first of those times was a freak accident that let Nihilux escape into the living world to hunt down Feignite Crystals and free Tiranus under their command.
