Appearance: He stands around 4'4" and weighs around 119 pounds. He's got a strong (for his size) athletic build under his coat of silver fur. His fur looks generally unkempt. He has blue eyes. He usually stands tall, unless he's sneaking or stalking. He generally looks distant and standoffish, coolly appraising his surroundings.

He usually wears t-shirts, knee length shorts and goes barefoot. He'll wear longer sleeved shirts, longer legged pants and jackets when required for the weather. While he'll never wear shoes or boots, he may use fabric wraps around his feet. His clothing is generally plain, just being a solid colour with no designs. Under his shirt, he wears a necklace with a rough chunk of purple crystal hanging in front of him. The crystal is small enough to be easily concealed in his paw. He almost always has a backpack and a duffel bag with him as well, which are used for carrying various supplies.

Personality: Wolfgang is a quiet and emotionally closed-off individual who spends most of his time alone. As a result, he’s very much introverted and not likely to reach out to others in a social situation. When he has to interact with others, he refrains from discussing himself beyond general details to respond to inquiries about him. He will try to be polite and respectful to avoid creating trouble for himself though.

He's suspicious of other people in general and does his best to keep them at a distance emotionally. He does his best to not get attached to anyone he meets. Despite his best efforts though, as he has spent more time socializing with others in various circumstances, he does want some form of companionship at times, but the prospect of anything lasting feeds into his fears.

Despite having a standoffish personality and appearing cold and uncaring much of the time, he can be quite compassionate and willing to help others in trouble. In his travels, he's been quite willing to do all sorts of good deeds for others, regardless of compensation being offered. But, in circumstances where those roles are reversed and others offer him help, he’d prefer to not accept. He does not like feeling that he owes another person for their actions.

He can be a very determined individual, but not stubbornly so. There is nothing stopping him from cutting his losses if he feels that is the best option in a situation, regardless of what others might think.

He tends to be patient and calm most of the time, but if pushed or provoked, he can become quite angry and violent. In those situations, he is nearly impossible to reason with.

He follows his own moral beliefs about what is right and wrong, which gives him a flexibility in what he may be willing to do and can lead to him disagreeing with other's interpretation of situations or solutions to problems. He appreciates fairness and has a low tolerance for people taking advantage of events or others for selfish reasons.

Combat traits

Natural skills: Wolfgang is surprisingly stealthy and agile due to his digitigrade legs. He puts this to good use in battle both offensively and defensively.

Training: He is highly skilled in unarmed combat and grappling and is capable of fighting with actual or improvised weapons. He almost always has a weapon in easy reach.

Powers: Wolfgang is capable of channeling his own energy to project very short range energy fields. The fields he can create will be in contact with his body. The field serves him in a primarily defensive manner.

The field can either absorb or disperse the kinetic energy from impacts against it, negating or reducing the damage inflicted from attacks. Absorbing the energy of an attack drains energy more quickly than dispersing it does. When given time to prepare, Wolfgang can potentially block very powerful attacks.

Wolfgang can project energy fields in different forms like a wall to defend a larger area, or as a small shield that he can physically move around to block attacks, or as a protective aura around himself to guard against attacks from any or all directions.

The field isn’t a perfect defense though. A focused attack has the potential to break through any defensive field Wolfgang projects, but the difficulty of doing so varies.
There are also some attacks or effects that can bypass his fields entirely.

While not strictly a combat ability, Wolfgang also possesses the ability to teleport, which does have potential combat applications.

It is currently limited in its use. It requires concentration to use. He can only travel to places in his line of sight, or ones he has been to previously. He cannot teleport more than just himself and his belongings, and having another person in close proximity interferes with his ability to teleport.

As teleportation uses a lot of his energy, Wolfgang is also limited in the distance and how frequently he can travel.

Weapons: Wolfgang owns a pair of short swords, pair of daggers and four smaller throwing knives.
