Appearance:
Sylestra is a Tigerbat, which means she has retractible claws, black stripes, and large batty wings. She is 5'6", very thin and skinny, and has a beautiful face. She kinda looks like Demi Lavato, but she obviously has kitty whiskers and big, batty eyes with long eyelashes. She uses maskera and lipstick when she wants to look pretty.

Personality:
Her personality can be summed up like this:
She is really nice one you get to know her, she enjoys teasing and playing around with her friends, but she's very rude if you prove that you're nothing but a rude person to those she cares about. She will go after those who hurt her loved ones, and she'll never sit by when a friend is in trouble. She sometimes doubts herself, mainly if the odds are stacked against her, but she will try and not make that effect her. Sometimes...though...she fails at that...
Combat traits

Powers:
She has the power to control light and shadow. She was made as a result of Genetic Experiment's by Robotnik's lesser-scientists, who wanted to see if they could affect the growth-rate of a creature by giving them too much light or darkness. When she survived, she gained the power to turn the shadows in the room against her enemies - to hide and to protect herself from damage. She can also warp the light in the room, to blind and (possibly) burn people who want to hurt her.

Strengths:
-She's good at making allies, once they accept her powers.
-She has both defense and offense powers
-She can focus on one side at a time for an extreme power boost that drains her after a big move.

Weaknesses:
-She needs a good environment to cast her powers
-She doesn't want to hurt those who she is friends with
-Some people can be put off by shadow powers.

History
She was made in a lab for the experiment told about in the combat powers part. She  and her brother was the only one to survive the experiment, and while that is a point of sadness she sometimes remembers, she ultimately tries to live day-to-day with her brother. She came to Speedville to find a job as a hair stylist, her true passion, and she met her friends - Katie, mainly, who helped her get some items like potions and food to help Sylestra get her feet up. Currently, she works at Speedville Style n' Shop, a popular mall in the city where many people work.

Seems like a rather unique character with some interesting abilities.

Hello! I'm only here to point out one thing. It's not necessarily breaking rules, but having your OC be an experiment made by Robotnik's scientists is a bit of a dangerous move. Firstly there's the possible connection of her with Robotnik which wouldn't be allowed, secondly, I don't think it's necessary at all that it has to have been under Robotnik. It could've been any team of scientists, right?
And thirdly, tying in to that, it was never even shown in games that Robotnik had some lesser scientists, was it?

So, that's really all I have to say. Again, it's not breaking the rules, but it doesn't really make sense, too.
