Salvage Operation

' Upon the destruction of Prison Island the area was deemed quarantined due the toxic waste stored in the island. Years later a team is being assigned to recover lost information from the old base and the Carrier the John A Roger pertaining to advanced weapons research, but many others from pirates and other sources Want the information as well.'

The idea I wanted for the RP is players can play either a hired salvage team with a G.U.N. escort, Pirates, or other parties searching for lost technology and research being developed in the G.U.N base in Prison Island and the Carrier that was sunk. The teams will have access to subs and scuba gear for exploring the carrier now underwater.

Sounds interesting, any main plot points?

So far i'm leaving it a bit open for players reasons to head to prison island as long as it's not trying to find project shadow data  or emeralds since project shadow stuff would of been destroyed in the explosion and the emeralds are long gone from that part of the world

Hmm, I don't see why the Order would be interested in something this far into G.U.N territory without any practical application as to risk an attack or defense. However, I think the B.E.U would perhaps work for the data on anything they can find. Perhaps Dr.Daniel would be the most likely candidate to work for the bad guys on research? I don't have any pirates, but I have a couple of mercenaries, (most work for the B.E.U though). Unless G.U.N deployed Project Wavelength to guard the data and whatnot.

A character of mine name Wrath, or Project W by G.U.N. Basically Wrath was meant to be an anti-experiment, or a contingency plan for beings such as Shadow and any rogue or otherwise 'meta-mobian' being that could threaten humanity. Wrath was created by the Gunsect Corporation as a psychic super-hunter of anything that would threaten the United Federation. Basically a psychic clone. He is called Project Wavelength because his powers are controlled via psychic wave frequencies.

That's the thing, G.U.N would deploy him there if a secret really needed to be kept. Otherwise he would just be like he is in canon and tag along with his adopted mother Dr.Daniel (who broke him out of their lab when she was captured and offered to be a maternal figure if he helped her bust out.) Eggman wouldn't send forces there, but someone like Dr.Daniel would perhaps go there for her own 'for science!' benefit. The only reason Wrath turned is because he was a kid at the time and they made him do some pretty dark stuff by killing other 'failed' experiments. Basically he'd rather live with a villainess for a mother than alone in a bio-chamber.

The Moebians wouldn't care about this island, it's too out of range and to waste assets against their foes in this region on a treasure hunt would be silly for their character. Like I said the B.E.U would be interested under Ophelia and perhaps Wrath would either be sent there before by G.U.N to guard whatever secret their is, or she just goes with him when he joined the B.E.U to find whatever it is she is looking for. To be frank the main villain faction of my story wouldn't be going around in enemy waters unless they had some sort of major operation. Assets are mostly put in Soumerica and Eurish.

The best fit for me would be Aero as there is tech associated with his kind that would be disastrous if in the wrong hands. Possible Mechametal tech research and info on the base and carrier?

I wanted to make sure that players get there shine in the limelight instead of one character stealing the show. a anti meta-mobian character sounds a bit too op and I wanted to make sure every character in the rp no matter how small there part get there equal screen time and to show what they can do. it's why i am hesitant to allow it.

Normally he does things in the background, he is more of an assassin like character. Also, he's a kid. He's not like Shadow going around blowing everything up and whatnot. Wrath's playstyle is more akin an assassin who hides in the darkness until he is needed. Also as I said he would either just wait until he is given orders by G.U.N if we're going before he was stolen by Dr.Daniel, or it would be Dr.Daniel who is the main character and he would tag along with her as a companion. He's not a character who 'steals the show'.

There is no reason to, he isn't as powerful as Shadow. He's not meant to be the ultimate life form, more of an assassin character. Also if you're going to deny people from your roleplay nobody will be around to RP with you.

I've been considering joining this with my character, Caen, as one of his friends, Raito, works as a commander of a small portion of G.U.N. troops. Would having two characters in the RP be okay? If not, I understand.

Maybe we can just have some people work under Ophelia to spare Wrath? I mean we need an antagonist, and she is a genius who would be able to make heads or tails with whatever they find.

I was thinking of taking part as well, However Strife would not be in this, instead playing the part of a paramilitary force that was the aftermath of a failed G.U.N experiment years ago.

They are genetically engineered soldiers that were created out of contract with G.U.N and the Horizon reach corporation, the same group who were responsible for the Dark ones.

They are highly trained (programmed) and heavily armed soldiers who are linked too a commander via telepathic control. 

I was thinking they either could be part of the salvage, well a fraction of them or be a force that is here too loot every thing they can before G.U.N arrives.

Is it my turn? I think the order got mixed up.

Also I am going to bring in Thorn and Apex to where Ophelia has a small 'Sonic Team', unless anyone else joins the villain side. Thorn is basically Poison Ivy, but arbokinetic and Apex is astrokinetic (his powers revolve around generating or manipulation of space themes such as radiation, solar flares, meteors, ect.) However, this would only be to fill in the villain side if we have too many G.U.N characters.
