Mobian Mental Hospital Idea

Top o' the morning, or evening, I don't assume, and my idea for a possible roleplay would be one that takes place within a mental hospital of some sort. 

It could either contain Mobians who lost control of their abilities or people who were dangers to others for different reasons. Mental illness is a touchy subject so, sorry for the clickbait-y title, it could change on why the Mobians are inside the institution.

You would either roleplay as a staff member or an inmate and would basically go through a daily routine almost with trying to help the Mobians and allow them to rejoin society.

However, I do have an idea for the mental hospital to have this amazing record that help lots of people with great results before letting them resume their lives but it has a dark, unseen side. Some plot points I kind of want to incorporate are: 

"Where do the Mobians who can't be helped go?" 
"If this hospital is so effective and successful, why is there a strange shortage in​ food for inmates?"
"Are doctors and other staff hiding secrets from inmates and their families?"
"Is the institution limiting communication between inmates and families? If so, why?"

Please tell me what you think about this housing institution for out of control citizens or of you have any ideas that could add onto my concept, that would be very appreciated.

Wow, really Star? Okay thank you. No, it's not open yet. I'm wondering if people would like the idea of it first and I want a fleshed out idea before i start the topic so i know what to do. If that makes sense.

Considering that most of my characters are nut jobs, maybe they could be patents? XD

How's about a place that does its job TOO well. Just about everyone that ends up there becomes perfect citizens, to the point it feels like they're not even the same person.

Before that happens, my characters are more likely to commit suicide.

Yeah that sounds Ike a really good idea. Thank you, will definitely incorporate that into the story.
