Mobius but if a mobian would try to figure out what she is they would think she is some sort of a mixture between a fennec fox and a chihuahua. With crazy space hair XD)

Hair has been replaced with space matter. Where's a mask on the top half of head with glasses. Recently, she has had some glowing green mushrooms that have grown out of her mask. There are also these mushroom-like plants on here that have recently got on her. Pluto hasn't been able to cut them off. So they are just there oddly waving around.

Personality:
Pluto has a tendency to observe and think before she acts. She can come off as rude for saying things without sugar coating but she doesn't want to be mean. She is not shy to ask questions.

Has control of the space matter on her head. She can fling the matter people. The matter has different effects on people. Pluto has no control over what affect happens but there are some effects that happen more often the others.

She can alter her own gravity to make her able to float and fall.

> She has her trusty blaster she brought from her planet. It was given to her as a gift and she never got rid of it.

> Due to her having most of her body replaced by an unknown metal. It would take a very hard hit to make her feel pain.
> Her big ears allow her to have great hearing.

> While most of her body has been replaced with a very advance metal, there is one part of her body that is completely flesh which is on her back.

Social information

History:
Pluto is the daughter of two different kinds of aliens. The planet conquering Chinnecs and the very unstable Nubiu. Nubiu's are known for their very dangerous hair. Due to this, pluto was born with a very dangerous energy that emitted from her head. This energy was known in her planet as nebula clouds. It's highly unpredictable and almost killed her the moment she was born. She had to have almost every part of her body replaced with a material that could resist the energy. Lucky for Pluto, her father was the emperor of her kind so she got the best technology the Chinnecs could offer. After a little bit, the Nubiu's disliked the conquering methods of the Chinnecs and rebelled against them. Pluto's mother had to go against her father and war broke. Both wished to destroy the other. Pluto's father realized he had a half Nubiuion right with him and used Pluto almost like a weapon instead of a daughter like he should. Pluto did not like this but refused to go against him. Now her father usually sends Pluto to planets that might be considered a threat and try to either make them his allies or completely destroy them.

Random facts:
> Her boots are specially made to absorb the shock waves you receive when you fall from a high place and land on the ground. This allows Pluto to be able to fall from buildings and not get hurt landing on her feet when she meets the ground.
