Forged by revenge.

- Days, weeks , months and years all seem to go by with nothing but peaceful times, the hardship of the past long and almost forgotten, but deep down there is always something or some one lurking to bring the past back, and this time it was some one, some one who wanted to settle a old score, some one who's name was Infamous, ruthless and unpredictable. Always seeking a new way to conquer the world for his own ideologies, some times using any means to get the job done. 

His set backs however began to push the breaking point, he needed something new to combat the forces that stood in his way, with enemies all around and a ever growing frustration to the countless times he had been defeated by a small band of Mobians simply called the Freedom fighters, he began to see what else could be done to defeat his enemies and take control. 

No robot or unit had been enough to defeat the heroes of the world, despite there large size, weaponry and technology the robots lacked intelligence or any form of self thinking apart from the creation of the robotic incarnation of the blue blur. He wanted something new something even more intelligent in the sense of thinking like a living being, having the ability to adapt and make choices. 

Time was spent dwelling on how to do this. Capturing his enemies were not going to work, he needed a alternative some one who he could capture and use to create a new weapon of terror to unleash on the planet. Of course it would not be long till he hit on the idea of who it was he was targeting.

Weeks went past and Shrike had gone missing, his whereabouts unknown to the world, unknown but only to one man, a man with a savage goal of revenge and desperate nature. Some of those who knew the lone freelancer tried to contact him, yet every message and attempt went unanswered for months. 

Some had gone looking for him, yet had only but a clue to his sudden vanish, the town he was suppose to be looking after had several witnesses that indicated a struggle during the night, sounds of fighting and machines. Upon inspection into his room, the whole area had been trashed, his gear littered about and the foot marks of those who he was fighting. 

It became clear he had been ambushed, some presumed him killed others thought captured. Either way no one knew were he was any more.

 Months past and during those months there had been circulation of a unknown attacker striking at night against several poorly located places, before vanishing.
 Those who were lucky to survive indicated that the attacker was fairly large and robotic, armed with dangerous weapons and terrifying red eyes a quick snap shot indicated that it had the mark of the Empire resulting in who was responsible for this machine. It had struck even a military grade outpost destroying the place and leaving only a handful of survivors, some even spoke about how this machine spared their life on purpose, whether this was true or just sheer luck was unknown, regardless it was considered extremely dangerous and not to be engaged directly.  

Little else was known of it. No one could find this attacker or where it was located.  it put fear in those of the planet. Not knowing when it will strike next or where, Authorities were on high alert. Even the heroes of the planet were looking for it and it would not be long till it was about to strike once more.

A thick foggy night covered a thick forestry zone, the fog thick enough that only could only see a few meters. But here among these woods, the attacker lurked, moving in the mist, nothing but the mechanical thuds and bright red eyes as it moved. Its target destination was yet another poorly isolated place, this one located fairly close to Station square. Another terror attack was coming. It's reason, forged by hate, purpose of destruction.

Within the fog was two figures walking within the mist. Both seemed to be accompanying one another as both moved silently throughout the night. They had on what appeared to be rather European like clothing with thick coats and ushankas covering their heads. As the moved that one fine night they would do so casually and seemed almost uncaring about the darkness veil of the twilight. One seemed slightly taller than the other, but both were around the same height, which were taller than Mobians.

-Ever so often the figure would stop to look over his shoulder, his eyes glowing bright red, unable to be missed and striking fear inside of those who had come to know him simply as the "Material destroyer" a crude yet effective nickname for the machine that had already crushed a few towns and a fully fledged military outpost.

moving with in visual scanning range he stopped, a single infrared beam shot out from his left eye as he seemed to be scanning and checking out the terrain and his target destination. 

His systems locked in, his weapons cycling and loading, his watch ever growing more. Upon completing, a holo display of the infamous Doctor appeared before him  from a build in system attached to the right arm. The voice was a echoing mix of machine and something else. Almost living like.-

" Unit 701 Shredder report on your....mission."

" I have located the town...scan indicates it is exactly as you described...if the intel is correct I will find those few who have become a major irritant in your...recent set backs...shall I proceed."

"Shredder I want more then just them silenced I want the whole god damn place leveled to the ground to send a message a clear one about those who oppose me....leave no survivors."

-The holo message ends as the figured now identified as unit 701 Shredder moves int to eliminate the targets..and every thing else.-
