Personality: looks impressive as a sight to behold, one look at the muscles on his body and it would make most people scared. He dislikes most rules as some of them are redundant to him. He spends a lot of time at the gym to make is muscles the way they are.

Powers: ability to bite and tear through metal without breaking his teeth or hurting them. Can surf waves without a board. Can swim incredibly swiftly in the water, some might even say he's the fastest In the water.

Strengths: can tear through a machine swiftly without effort
Can swift about as fast sonic
Can lift a pickup truck

Weaknesses: cannot bite through several layers of titanium
Even though he can swim as fast as sonic, he can get stuck in seaweed
Is arrogant and can be outsmarted

History: as a kid he always dreamed of controling an empire, so as he grew older he tried different things; bossing people, entering a gang, and even going to war. But none of that worked out so he went and benched a TON of weights and surprisingly he got some decent muscle on the first time, so he kept doing this as he got older and now is a force to be reckoned with.
