Race-anthro wolf
Appearance-black fur with red stripe down left side of face and wears a white striped
trench coat over his armor.
Ability-Techromancy which is a hybrid of technomancy and necromancy. Hard to explain,
but can control technology, repair it, summon existing technology to him through
quantum teleportation to some extent, mold existing technology in thin air, and
concentrate/dilate technology. Overuse of this power causes varying degrees of
lightheadedness all the way to blacking out, at a point where he needs to rest for several 
days.

A large sniper rifle of arcane origin that uses two core mounted mini particle accelerators to bring down distant foes with one shot.
Voltron
A electric weapon that has varying degrees of electricity. It fires a giant wave of electricity that can be made bigger or smaller. The thing on the back is a batter pack.

A blade using a disruptive energy field that can cut through the toughest of substances like a knife through butter.

Bio-
Grew up in Mobotropolis across the street from Eros where the two became best
friends. He started development of technology and his techromancy skills flourished 
here. He invented the M7 combat armor before robotnik invaded and helped Eros 
evacuate a few hundred citizens to his backup complex, which is also a backup 
Malagosto (special school he and Eros started for mercenaries). It's now functioning 
as a discreet base from Robotnik. He is currently training every able-bodied
individual in Malagosto to wait for the moment to strike back at robotnik.
