Finding Our Way Home (OPEN)

Cruz, knowing well from experience that a Whip vs. Whip battle wasn't as easy, or as flashy, as one with Swords. Whips were definitely nothing like the blade, being much more of a challenge to master. (Not to mention, Heavier too!! X_X) The echidna closed the gap between Aquarius and himself, going in for a low sweep while surfing in on sand!

"Kyah!"

Aquarius- "Why you will neve-" he said but inturupted when he was hit by one of the cannonballs to fall face first into the sand

Srunks retardedly face planted into the sand

The three other cannonballs hit the sands and exploded, sending several pounds of sand into the sky. When it all cleared, a large, wooden ship could be seen in front of the beach.

Cruz, of whom had been RIGHT next to Aquarius when he was hit, was shivering uncontrollably. The cannon ball literally passed centimeters above Cruz's head!! He took a breather and sat down, not aware of the ghost ship just yet. His elbows rested on his thighs and he sighed.

Aquarius- "OW" he said crawling up

Aliah- "Pirate ship..." She said confused

At that moment a light in the sky apeares and a guy's voice screaming like he was having fun was very quiet in the distance 

Thunder- "What is that" he said looking at the light

Srunks began to be haphazard again and flailed his sword agressively at Aquarius

Yamashi - Oh great...

Yamashi's voice was filled with hatred. 

Atlas - You know them? 

Yamashi - They've been stalking me for years... 

Atlas - What?

Cruz grappled Aquarius's shirt collar with his Armored Left hand, making sure that he did not escape capture. Cruz was already scary as is, but when he was actually trying to be intimidating? Oh no... Speaking in a dark, low tone, his spookily dull eyes locked with the eyes of Aquarius.



"You're not getting away, you big drip!"

But then he saw the ship, he sighed, and face-palmed with his free hand.

Aquarius- "Please don't hurt me"

Thunder- "Stalkers? I HATE STALKERS, ILL KILL EM" he said

Aliah- "Now we're  going to run you through Aquarius"

Srunks continued to swing and slice at Aquarius with his Burning Attack bladed sword "HYAAAAHHH!!!"

Several lizards jumped out of the ship and on to the shore. One of them walked ahead of all of them. 

? - I wouldn't do that if I were you, Theodore.

Cruz put the lowest and largest barb of his Combat Cross to Aquarius's cardiac area, ready to steak Aquarius like a Vampire. Keeping his nemesis in a tight grip, he faced the lizard people and spoke out.

"I do not know who you all are, nor do I know your mission. However, from your brief demonstration, I can gather that you do not wish to come in peace. Stand down, or Aquarius' blood will stain these sands!"

Thunder- "Wa- how do you know my name? I covered that up a long time ago." He said confused

Aliah- "I would rather you be killing this demon" she said persistantly

Srunks swung his sword at the demon "WHY WON'T YOU DIIIIIEEEE!!!!!"

The group of lizards just laughed at Cruz. 

? - Go ahead. We don't work with him anymore... 

Yamashi and Atlas just glared at the mysterious pirate.

Cruz just shrugs and finishes off Aquarius, grabbing whatever he was supposed to grab from the great demon's remains.

"If I were you, I wouldn't be laughing at me... I've dealt with your kind before..."

He twirls his Combat Cross in his hand, getting ready for the inevitable fight.

Aquarius dies leaving a stone with water swirling around it 
Aliah- "Cruz, mind giving that stone to me?" She said making a face like she was frustrated because he picked it up
Then the mysterious noise from the sky got louder and you could hear now it was a person screaming like he was habing a good time from the now aparent fireball falling from the sky
Thunder- "What the..."

Srunks stared at the group angrily "UH, YOU'RE WELCOME!!!?" Srunks looked up and then back at the group "ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuude"

Atlas chuckled as he put his spear away. 

Atlas - Sorry man. 

Yamashi - That wasn't very fair, he snuck up on us!

As much as Aliah needed te stone, it was too risky to hand it to her now. He kept the small stone in the palm of his armored hand. If this was what the pirates were after, then getting this was going to anything but easy.

The yelling continued and a person crashed into the sand and a explosion of sand was sent into the air
???- "WOOOHOOOO, THAT WAS THE BEST" the guy yelled
Thunder- "Who are you?" He asked the charred cat
???- "I never got a name but people call me Oryp"
Aliah- "ORYP, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE" she yelled
Oryp- "I just jumped off of the highest point in the world with my body covered in gasoline and lot myself on fire, how cool was that?"
Thunder- "WAS SO EPIC" he said
Aliah- "Well back to the stone, GIVE IT"

Srunks literally backed away from the chaos and mess that was ensuing in front of him

Yamashi and Atlas were pretty close to joining Srunks. 

Atlas - So... You nearly killed yourself... For fun?

Cruz grinned at the blazing feline, discreetly slipping the water stone into his rucksack. He ignored Aliah's harsh demands and decided to act kindly to the new face. "Above all else, it's a relief that you have not harmed yourself during your little stunt."
