A Whole New World (Open)
It has been little over a week now since the crazy happening that the grey feline, Avery, has went through. Getting with the wrong people has almost cost him his life, and another that was in the mix. However, with the help of the Ultimate lifeform, Shadow the Hedgehog, he was back to his senses and is now currently laying in a hospital bed with many casts on his body.
During the battle with Shadow, he had smashed his arm to pieces due to his explosion like ability, being forced around like that. However, his healing has immense rate, his arm was back in normal function in as little as a week. It was quite a miracle to say the least, infact the whole ordeal was a miracle not to get killed in. Hospital bills aside, Avery is healthy enough to go back outside and explore.
However, as he was about to get up from his hospital bed to remove the casts around his body. He was told that he couldn't leave without paying for what the hospital has done for him. He explains that he doesn't have any money and that just bring a sad look on the doctor's face. Though he sighs and says that it was alright, since he was with Shadow it must've been something important if you got that badly injured.
Though he made a promise, that by the end of the month he'll pay for the expenses and treatment. That made the Doctor smile, saying something about them being a rather short budget, lucky to even help him with such injuries. Most of the rooms don't have windows, as they're inside but only certain floors have windows for the rooms near the outer wall. Not the best place for a hospital, but they do their best.
With a goodbye, Avery steps back out to the city of Station Square. He knows that there has to be more to this than a city, so he's going to see what's out there. The first stop? ...Well he has to figure that out. There might be a map of the world at the main train station, that'll be a good place to start! The train can lead him to many places... with the right money, in which he doesn't have.
Traveling will... be a lot harder than he thought. But it won't stop him. At least the maps will be free, as they are for tourists and people leaving to see the world themselves. So he goes off to the main train station, which was a bit farther than he expected, as he was almost out of breath as he got there. But now that he was here, he can go inside and see the maps!
Inside the train station, it was designed more like a court room, with the brown and white checkered floor and marble pillars holding up the station itself. It was shiny to look at, you could even see your own reflection on the floor! But the main thing to look for was the maps, in which they were located easily. He takes one of the bigger maps and opens it up, seeing how big the world actually is.
"Ooook, this is gonna be one heck of a travel... But, where should I go first?"
He mumbles to himself as he looks at the map. There were MANY places to go to, the Mystic Ruins, the Pumpkin Mountains across the sea, Chun-nan, Shamar, Adabat, and many other places too! Though they're all really far away, and who knows what will happen if he goes to any of those places. It's a tough choice on the matter, though he'll have to choose some time or another.
He takes the map and puts it into his pocket for safe keeping, he then notices that his glove is gone and so is most of his right sleeve, most of it burnt off! What happened to that? Who knows? But he might need to find someone to give him tips about the places he's going to see, who knows what might happen out there. But... who should he talk to?
