A small smile tugged on her lips as Twilight nodded in agreement. It was odd for her to promise such things. She never made promises, or care to do anything for anyone unless it involved her life. Well, this one did involve her life, so... There was nothing wrong about it. Right? Right. The persimmon wolf followed the ebony fox to the entrance, and Amber wondered what time it was. Late probably. And it was probably a long way from her apartment too. Heck she couldn't even remember where they were currently. Mobotropolis? Statiun Square? No, no...

Well, she was convinced now her injury had damaged her brain. Or maybe being around Twilight just plain through her out of her wits.

As soon as Amber met him at the entrance, he opened the two wooden doors to the cellar type area- cold air blasted in through the doors at first before it turned into a cool, comfortable breeze. Twilight stepped out into the alleyway and looked around. It definitely was dark now- but not pitch black. The street lights at the ends of the alleyway lit up the area slightly. Twilight's eyes glowed red very faintly, however, and he could see perfectly despite any darkness.

He looked back at Amber once she had climbed out when she did. "Do you have a place to stay?" He asked. He didn't exactly seem okay with her staying over, especially since she had to have a home, right? That's what he figured anyway.

Wind was a strange, untanginble object to her.

It had no scent, no color. Not even a form. But it was everywhere and brought life with it. The sadness, happiness, memories, and sound. Yes, it brought life. Some would comment on the heat of wind, the harshness of it. But to her, it was like... Suddenly having every strand of fur and hair be pulled back, forth, or all around by a pair of invisible hands. She found amusement in it most of the time, but not really this time. It messed up her hair, and she was terrible at fixing her hair. Her hand automatically clung to her scarf so it wouldn't flutter away, but mostly she was distressed about her appearance-

Wait what?

She never cared about what she looked like. What did it matter now? Amber shook her head a bit to move some mischievous strands out of the way, and hopped out of the cellar door to the basement. Her eyes looked up to the alley's skylines and blinked once. She could feel his eyes on her again. Like his glowing scarlet orbs, her's glittered like... Well, a twilight.

"Not in this city." She looked back at him. "I tend to..." A pause, thinking of the right words. "Wander a lot. Might find a motel somewhere. Or a train station. Be home by 3 AM." She looked around a bit more. "Why?"
