He has spent his life fascinated with Paleontology (Dinosaurs to be more precise particular) and technology, in fact on an Digging expedition at the Mystic cave zone. It was he who found out what lays below the Spike pit... a entrance to the Hidden palace zone (Sonic 2 Ios port reference) using a demolition team to remove the spikes.  while working on a fascinating Discovery for the (Name has been Deleted) corporation to revive Dinosaurs to help scientist and what he thought Society to learn more about the creatures, but in an explosion he was blown to to a lab table which held syringes of Dinosaur DNA, the syringes injected DNA when they landed on him. including a special mixture called (name deleted) which allows DNA to fuse with another Creatures DNA to fill in Sequence Gaps (yes a small amount of Jurassic park reference) using reptile and bird DNA to fill said gaps. he managed to escape the facility heavily injured and saw what happened to be failed experiments before he join the company, he is now laying low in (corrupted text). DNA mutation allow him to do the following, 
 Powers: Transform into Dinosaurs use mysterious powers such as Breathing Fire, summoning wind currents, controlling water, glide in the air with Pterosaur like wing membranes, summon Claws that resemble a Therizinosaurus out of the fingernails, (i'm not ripping off wolverine i don't even like him his claws come out of his knuckles) and fast regeneration when consensus and sleeping, the ability will not work when unconscious.
