Strengths:

Equity is very small, and as such can get around very easily. His small stature makes him very light on his feet.
His stature also makes him hard to hit, if his movements are erratic enough.
He may be able to get away with things that others can't, due to being a Chao and appearing child-like.

Weaknesses:

Being a Chao, Equity is very small and can be overpowered very easily.
Can get ignored by those much bigger than him, especially when he's trying to talk, because he's so small and... unusual for a chao.
Can be treated like a child due to his species.
He doesn't really have any significant abilities.

Personal facts
Friends:
Tranquility (Hero Garden Guardian): Equity gets along with Tranquility just fine and thinks of her as a very good friend of his. He'll often leave the Neutral Garden to go visit her, to which she disapproves of. He's used to it.
Discord (Dark Garden Guardian): Even though Discord is a bad chao, Equity still considers him a friend... just with a few... problems. He thinks that, deep down, Discord is really a nice guy and it just takes a bit to make it show.

Known relatives: He can't remember. He's been reborn twice and has been a Chaos Chao for quite a bit.

Personality: The Guardian of the Neutral Chao Garden. He doesn't seem like the ideal chao for the job at first. He comes off as scatterbrained and far from bright. He's too laid back and can even seem kind of lazy. He's generally a nice guy and tries to make new friends with everyone he meets despite outside appearances. He enjoys helping chao that need help, guiding them through whatever they're stuck on. He's generally a likable chao, but he can seem a bit nosy at times. He's also very patient. When it comes down to it, he's very good at bringing everyone together and getting stuff done when it needs to get done.

Despite the fact that he's a Chao, he hates being treated like a child... and ignored, especially. He tends to try to get others attention by being rather loud, often jumping and waving his hands around. It doesn't really help him when it comes to being treated like a child.

Physical Appearance
Color: White with blue highlights. Some of his highlights are colored purple, blue, green and yellow. Very pastel-y colors.
Skin Color (i.e. muzzle, arms): White
Eye Color: Spring Green
Hair/Quill Style: He has two spikes out front that hang down from his head, and one big quill in the back that goes down about a quarter of the way down his back.
Other bodily features: He has a small ball of light that hangs above his head. It seems to change depending on what he's feeling at the moment.
Attire: He has a yellow scarf around his neck, as well as the Orb hanging around his neck by a cord.

Items & Weapons:

Parity Orb- It seems like a normal orb colored like the yin yang symbol. It seems to radiate a strange energy, but the energy is very small in amount and it takes a honed sense to really be able to pick up on it. Nothing else too fantastic about it.

It seems awkward to me to be writing a bio for a chao character of all things. A chao not associated with another mobian character, at least. He doesn't come in a pair with anyone, haha.
