Sunset. A sight which fills eyes of many people who await for the moment in which the big ball of fire vanishes behind the hills of Mobius. A common sight for the mummified hedgehog indeed. Wrapped in bandages virtually all over, the seeming to be ordinary hedgehog always passes through the large forest on his way to his 'home', getting a clear glimpse of the sun setting in the horizon, through the dense leaves of the great trees.

Gentle winds pass through the forest sending chills down spines as the sun sets, and once it vanishes from sight, the area becomes a completely different place. More daunting than anything else; dead silence engulfing the area. Perfect place to jump someone. Which is why the pacifist hedgehog made sure he went to his destination before the start of sunset. It wasn't too far within, the thing he was looking for.

Situating himself against a random tree, he unwrapped the bandages completely, exposing his many burns, and firey tipped quills which actually radiated heat if one were to check.

Glancing around for bypassing Mobians, he continued his stroll through the forest. Almost there. Just a little bit further and he'd be there. Funny. He had never been caught doing this, but he was so paranoid. What would people think? The burns? A fool maybe? Certainly that was what he would think in someone else's shoes. But unlucky for him he was in his own, and boy, were those shoes heavy.

Sighing deeply, he stopped dead in his tracks and thought deeply, as the sun half set.

A pure white and black tiger reclined up in the trees watching the sun set.previous to now she was pursued,and once free of the danger she rested.her ears twitched hearing the mtions and steps of another in the forest-like environment. Tencing up,thinking of the worse,she shuffled and moved to try and catch a glimpse of the other.She maintained stillness as she looked to the hedgehog from the distance.

The hedgehog looked around a bit. "....." He gave a sigh, pondering on many thoughts, before taking out a lighter. No-one seemed to be nearby. He had enough burns anyway. Placing one hand above the lighter and putting it on the full sized flame, he pressed the switch creating a large flame. He quickly shut it off and span his palm around, the flames following.

Oh how he tried this so much.

Putting his finger and thumb together, the flame jumped to just above them. He looked around once more to make sure no-one was around, listening carefully for any movement at all.

she was a bit intrigued by the glow from the flame,but getting her sights off that she looked at the appearance of the hedgehog,the burns she saw didn't seem to bother her much,course she didn't really care for anything in the first place.she stealthily slunk down off the tree,trying to get a better look at the male.and seeing it was not really one that threatened her much.

in case if she was seen,she rested her hand on a knife's handle tightly,ready to pull it out if necessary.she crouched down low behind a semi-dense shrub.

The stealthy movements did the trick it seemed, the hedgehog not being able to pick them up due to how faint they were. The hiding also proved useful, as he looked straight towards where the stranger was hiding, not noticing them it seemed.

Focusing back on the flame, certain no-one was nearby, the hedgehog removed his opaque goggles and put them on his forehead, revealing his eyes. The white areas were a strong yellow, the eye color itself being blood red. Upon doing so, the flame intensified, and every second of focus increased the temperature, the firey tips of his quills glowing slightly. "Nhh..."

He managed to get it remarkably high before burning his hand. Upon doing so he dropped the lighter and waved his hand about like a lunatic. "Aaaagh!" He yelled out, the burn being painful of course.

The flame dissipated, and as it did so, the quills stopped glowing.

"well that was impressive."she muttered,a sarcastic remark as she saw her boot was untied.then tied it up,it seemed to have irritated her a lot.she glance to see the sun now set down,not visible to the eye.with that knowledge she looked around a bit.

The hedgehog groaned to himself, before sighing deeply. "...Why do I even try...?" He muttered, before continuing his walk. "..."

"...."she sighed abit,seeing the future weather wasnt gonna be pleasant tonight.she looked to the hedgehog hearing his words."....maybe cause you wish to be better."she timidly stated toward the hedgehog,still crouched down abit.

The hedgehog stopped, and narrowed his eyes slightly, before turning to face the very slight sound of a seeming to be sigh and a few words? He frowned deeply, waiting for someone to make a move so he could be certain.

"...."she looked at the hedgehog,still jumpy from before she kept low.

"Anyone there?" He called after a very long silent stare towards that direction.

she looked away for a moment,sighing lightly.she stood up among the shrubbery that she hid by.the almost dazzling purple eyes the most visible in the lighting as she looked back,still unsure about this stranger."maybe this answers your question..."her voice was soft yet stern.

"Yes that does answer my question. Were you just watching me?" He narrowed his eyes slightly, under those goggles which had returned to his eyes by that point. Oh, invasion of privacy ticked him off. But it was his own fault really. Stopping to do so in the middle of a forest? Genius idea.

"watching,maybe making sure you werent a threat."she stood to her side,incase her decision of which was to prove wrong."why are you out in a forest playing with fire?..."she asked with the utmost irritaion,she didnt care if trees were burned to the ground,but currently they were her 'protection'.

The firehog looked over and crossed his arms. "...A threat? Really? I make sure that I don't do it with people around so that I'm NOT a threat." He then scratched his head. "Forest areas make for good practice since not many people go by here."

".not really that kind of threat,but atleast you confirm it..just,dont burn the whole thing down..."she turned around to walk away and hid again,maybe even get some rest if possible.still being jumpy of other things the sound of a small creature scurrying about made her flinch and look for the source.

"I don't burn down things. At least I try not to." A shrug again. Shut up he was totally sociable. "What brings you around these parts in the first place anyway?" A calm ask and stuff. May as well get to know this one. Not exactly one of those stuck up snobs from the city with all the flashing powers. Or was it?

she stopped and turned to look at him."?..im not really incline to answer that now am i,im here for my own reasons i'll leave it at that...."she sighed.
