A Time of Rest.

two months since they wedded,and it seems life got a bit quieter since,zane had gotten his id and some other family business fixed and out of the way,now only trying to find out about the estate his father had.or he had long before.he tried with aqua on most days in hopes of bringing a child into the world together,but he didnt know if it would happen as it seemed less likely everytime.



at current time,he was out with novas as they sparred regularly.Zane used the time to teach him all he needed to know that schools would give to him anyway.he blocked and countered novas' attacks and he did the same as their skills slowly came to an equal level.

Lexi was giggling looking outside, watching Novas and Zane. "ewe hmh, so do you think you think you have a baby inside you yet?,are you hurting any?" She looked somewhat excited.

Aqua looked to her, "Hmm... See I don't know that... Might have to go to the doctors to see what they say." Her ears flicked and she yawned. "hmmm..." She walked,over eattin a little snack and looked out the window. "C'mon." She walked out side as Lexi follow behind as they bith sat in the steps of the house.

zane gained advantage and hit novas making him the victor as he stood."better but your still abit slow."


he held around his gut where he was hit."right..."

Lexi ears dropped as she looked at Novas. "C'mon Novie!" She giggled. "You can do it!"

Aqua sat there rubbing her stomach. "...e-e hmmm..." She yawned. "Novas... What if Lexi was in the verge of being dead? How would you fight then?"

"!id fight my hardest till i cant lift my own weight anymore...."



zane smiled."then imagine that as reality next time,id like to see your absolute best."


he blinked."..ill try."

Lexi pricked her ears and looked at Aqua. "Hey! è-é..." Aqua laughed slightly. "hmh~ I'll duck tae you to a pole and we will go from there next time. -w-" Lexi move away from her abit. "...put me over lava too..." Aqua smiled. "Not a bad idea! Good idea Lexi!" She stood up and yawned. "...Zane... Um? You think we should go to the hospital to see if I am carrying a child? Or wait?"

"!.."he looked to her."..if you feel we should alright,i dont mind the trip."



novas sat down."..."

her ears flicked. "hmm..." She rubbed her arm. "...I can go by my self. You do 't have to go, if you don't want to."

Lexi walked ove to Novas and hugged him. "-w- Novie~"

he smiled abit."when have i ever not wanted to?"he walked.



novas smiled and looked at lexi."hmh~"

She followed him. "hmh~"

Lexi smiled. "you so strong, Novie!"

he opend the door to the truck for her."after you~."



"not really zane still beats me in strength."

Lexi smiled. "but your mind needs think on his level, doesn't matter if your fast enough." She hugged him.

Aqua smiled at him and got in. "Thank you sir~"

"thats harder than you think,there are things hes teaching that i cant understand no matter how much he dumbs it down."he fell back to lay.


"your very welcome my lady~."he closed her door,then got in and shut his door and started it up.

"Ohh~ I liked that~" she laughed a bit, and sat in the seat and buckled herself in.

Lexi poked his nose. "ewe try harder~"

"did you~."he drove,as he did he worked at buckling himself.



"i shall!"he said with determination.

"yes~" she kissed his cheek, and looked out he windows. "hmh~"

Lexi giggled. "There ya go!"

he smiled."~.."



"..i gotta go feed forge,my turn apparently says zane."he got up.

Lexi giggled. "Okey!" She giggled and got up, and followed him.

little forge grew,a bit bigger but not much. He sat on the couch curled up, asleep.

Aqua smiled at him. "-w- I really hope it a positive..."

"it would be exciting."he smiled looking ahead.



novas grabbed some that was prepared ahead of time and whistled."lunchies!"and then set the dish down.

Forge pricked his ears and jumped down and ran into the kitchen and over to the dish and started eatting.

Lexi giggled. "Awww!!!!!! Forge is so cute!"

Aqua smiled. "-w- that it would,be, and thanks for driving.

"? whats so cute?"



"you know its never a problem~."

she smiled at him. "Your too kind~"

Lexi giggled. "Forge!" She bent down and pet forge.

Forge sat there and stopped eatting looking to her. "è-é"

"hmh~."he pulled up to the hospital.



"oh."

She smiled. "hmh~"

Lexi looked at him. "You are too~"

he got out and opend her door."we be there now.would you like asisstance my lady~?"



"gah!"he blushed slightly and was in a defensive position."i,no.im not!"
