Ryuu is so cool, the colors around her don't even affect her.

Oooh, nice design, though mind if I offer a small piece of criticism? Methinks you may've overdone the blurring a touch in places - what I'm primarily talking about is the outlining on the character, especially in places where the colours are light - around her muzzle for instance. It sorta makes the outline seem... smudged.
In all honesty, looking at the background and the shading on the piece, I'd suggest it doesn't even require outlining on the character at all. You could probably've afforded to give it a go without - though that's just my two centrs.
Either way, a very pretty piece in what is a especially a very pretty setting. Dem clouds maaan, dem clouds.

Thank you! ^-^ Yeah, I kinda just half-tried to draw Ryuu in there. XD Of five layers on the program, I had two left to do her line art, color, and shading, so I know that she's not the best she could be (which I don't mind considering this was done on a 3DS…), but I'm very proud of the background. ^-^ The clouds are my favorite thing in this painting, so I'm glad you like them, too

This was done on a 3DS? Well colour me impressed - I was curious about the image size too, so that'd probably explain. XD
Hot damn though, gimme all the tools in the world and I couldn't recreate. I'm severely impressed.

Oh, well, thank you!  It's a program called "Colors! 3D," if you wanted to know. Things look a lot better on a small screen as opposed to a large one. XD
