Back story:
[/center]Ever since he was baby, He grew up in the streets. In that setting, one can understand how he became so twisted and joking.
There he learned to steal, get away from the police, and to kill. In his teenage years, he learned a lot about guns and marksmanship. He never spoke to many people, but when he did he was described as insane, or psychotic.
He occasionally visited his uncle, until he was 20.
On his twentieth birthday, he found a sniper rifle and decided to "test it." He took down at least 3 people and was being chased by the police. The only place he knew the cops wouldn't find him, was his uncle's house.
Now when he goes out on a spree, he will go back to Uncle Brian's place and eat a pizza box. That sniping incident also got him a job as a mercenary. Now he spends his days either randomly killing people, or killing people for some cash.[/center]
