Ivona was drinking tea. "There's someone passed out on the couch; a blue bat. No idea who he is or how he got here." And she said just like that, not caring that they suddenly had a stranger in the house.

Ivone shrugged. "Has any of you ever seen him? Maggie? Prima?"

"I'd say we introduce him... to a world of pain. Breaking in is rude." Obviously, it was Volt who had the idea of disproportiate retribution.

"How about we listen to what he has to say before we make any rash decisions?" Maggie chose to be the voice of reason.

Downstairs, the bat was already up and about, but what he was doing was odd. He was flailing his arms about, tapping his foot and looking very confused.

Volt sighed. "You deal with this drunkard."

"Okay." The bat found the couch and sat down. Whether intentionally or not, his voice sounded sad, no matter what he said.

"So, you're her teammate?" Volt asked. "How well do you know her?"

The bat only answered with "Yes" and ignored Volt's other question, which irritated him. He wanted answers.
