the Torn Past

SETTING:
Slade and a few of his old friends were hanging around outside of town when Slade had a vision that was warning him about something that was going to happen that day.
TIME: Noon
DATE: December 20, 2011

Hey guys its finally good to see you again. I can't believe that its been almost three years since the whole group has been together.

**Sonic looks to Slade for a brief moment, a slight frown on his face. "What?" He turns his whole body around to face him. "Why? What's the matter?"

**Tails also puts his attention onto Slade. "Yeah, why?"

I don't know, I just had a vision that something was going to happen.
** The sky starts to turn black a tear open.**
Its happening Everyone get out of here Now!

I will stay behind because whatever this is, it wants me.
** Lightning start to strike from inside the rip.**

** Lightning strikes right in front of Slade.** ** Jumps back.** Everyone get out of here now!

**Sonic quickly stands in a idle pose. "What's going on?!"

I don't know but I got the feeling that we are about to find out.

**A lightning bolt is about to hit Tails.

**Sonic yells "TAILS! WATCH OUT!" He dives and pushes Tails out of the way, getting struck by the lightning, flying backwards.

SONIC! ** Takes off running towards Sonic to see if he is ok.** Forget this everyone get to my base and hurry.

**Tails looks to Sonic. "Sonic!!" He runs over, and stands next to Sonic.

**Sonic looks to Tails, with weak looking eyes. "Y-You're alright Tails... Ngh.."

**Tails gets a slight tear in his eyes. "B-But you're not!"

**Sonic smiles weakly. "Th-That doesn't matter..." He goes unconscious.

**Tails quickly starts shaking Sonic "Sonic! SONIC! NO! WAKE UP!"
