Backstory: As a little girl, Cybil was lost in the forest. She was eventually was found in the forest near the Coast of Shadows and was raised by a kind woman. Since she is an outsider, she is unable to become a treasure thief, which really doesn't bother her all that much. She did become friends with a girl name Veil and their friendship held on for years, deciding to become her partner.
